Paraphr provides AI-powered text rewriting and analysis services, including but not limited to:

  • Writing style extraction and application
  • AI text detection and analysis
  • Chat functionality with style preservation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Payment and Billing

Paraphr offers both pay-per-use and subscription-based pricing models:

  • Pay-per-use credits do not expire
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your input or output text.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.
